By browsing our website, submitting inquiries, placing orders or cooperating with us, you (“Customer”, “you”, “your”) acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Refund & Return Policy. If you do not accept these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

1. General Eligibility

Our website and services are available only to individuals and business entities who are 18 years of age or older and legally capable of entering into binding commercial agreements.

By using our services, you confirm that all information you submit is true, accurate, complete and legally valid for business cooperation. You are fully responsible for any false information provided.

2. Service Scope

Echoella provides global customers with professional one-stop home and living product solutions, including product display, business consultation, sample service, bulk wholesale, customized OEM/ODM production, global shipping and after-sales support.

We reserve the right to update, adjust or optimize website content, product categories, service rules and product specifications at any time without prior notice, in order to adapt to market trends and business development.

3. Account & User Obligations

When you submit inquiries or business information on our site, you agree to:

Provide authentic and up-to-date personal and business information, including name, company information, email, contact number and shipping address;
Take full responsibility for all activities, inquiries and orders submitted under your contact information;
Not use our website for illegal, improper, infringing or malicious commercial behaviors;
Not copy, crawl, attack or interfere with the normal operation of our website system.

4. Pricing & Payment Terms

All product prices displayed on our website are for reference only. Official formal quotations will be provided by our sales team according to actual order quantity, customization requirements and cooperation methods.

We reserve the right to adjust product prices at any time due to raw material fluctuations, exchange rate changes and market adjustments. The final price shall be subject to the official quotation confirmed by both parties.

All orders must be paid in accordance with the payment method and cycle specified in the official cooperation agreement. Failure to complete payment on time may result in order delay, production suspension or order cancellation.

5. Order Confirmation & Cancellation

An official order is only valid after double confirmation by both parties (customer confirmation + our sales formal confirmation).

Stock standard orders: Can be cancelled before shipment arrangement;
Bulk & customized orders: Once production is started, no gratuitous cancellation is allowed. If the customer unilaterally cancels the order, we have the right to deduct the corresponding production loss and material cost according to the actual progress.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All website content, including but not limited to pictures, videos, texts, logos, designs, product drawings and webpage layout, belongs to Echoella and is protected by international intellectual property laws.

No user or third party may copy, download, modify, disseminate, resell or use our intellectual property content for commercial purposes without our written authorization.

For customized products with customer’s exclusive trademark, logo and design, the intellectual property of the customized content belongs to the customer, and we will strictly keep it confidential and will not use it for other customers.

7. Third-Party Services & Links

Our website may contain links to third-party platforms, social media or cooperative service providers. These third-party websites are independently operated and managed.

We do not assume any responsibility for the content security, privacy rules and service quality of third-party platforms. Your access to third-party links is at your own risk.

8. Disclaimer of Liability

Echoella shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from the following situations:

Losses caused by force majeure factors including natural disasters, wars, policy changes and public emergencies;
Order and logistics abnormalities caused by customers’ incorrect information provision or improper operation;
Market sales risks and profit losses caused by customers’ independent market operation;
Product damage and functional failure caused by improper use, assembly and storage by customers;
Customs detention, tax inspection and clearance problems caused by customers’ failure to comply with local import regulations.

9. Confidentiality Clause

Both parties agree to keep confidential all non-public business information involved in the cooperation, including quotation details, product customization solutions, order data, customer information and business communication content. Both parties shall not disclose confidential information to any third party without written permission during and after the cooperation period.

10. Policy Updates & Revisions

We reserve the right to revise and update these Terms of Service at any time. The updated terms will be published on this page with the latest effective date. Continued use of our website and continued cooperation after the update shall be deemed as your acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international trade laws and relevant laws of the People's Republic of China.

In case of any dispute arising from website use and business cooperation, both parties shall resolve it through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to the official legal arbitration institution for settlement.
